CH(C)Ps
Community Health (and Care) Partnerships
Community Health Partnerships (CHPs) and Community Health and Care Partnerships (CHCPs) have been introduced across Scotland to manage a wide range of local health services delivered in health centres, clinics, schools and homes.
There are six CHPs across Greater Glasgow and Clyde including some Community Health and Care Partnerships (CHCPs) which are also responsible for delivering local social work services.
Glasgow now has a now a single Community Health Partnership. We're currently working on our new website and hope to have it ready to view soon. In the meantime, if you are looking for information about local health services, please go to: www.nhsggc.org.uk
Outside Glasgow city, if you would like to find out more about the CHP/CHCP responsible for local services in your community, please select from the left-hand menu, or use the map below.
