- All patients must be over 65yrs
- Funded for 30 places per day.
- We have 2 designated ambulances, 1 funded by delayed discharge
- Referrals made by Geriatric consultant and other professionals.
- Multi Discilinary Team approach.
- 3 consultant led Clinics: - Falls, Stroke Prevention and Movement Disorder.
- 3 nurse led Clinics: - Stroke, Stroke Prevention and Parkinson’s.
- There is a Fast Track Assessment Service, jointly funded by Health and Social Services.
- Patients are normally seen within 24/48 hours for a medical review by Staff Grade doctor
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
