Health Improvement Action Plan
West Glasgow CHCP has a responsibility for Health Improvement and for tackling Health Inequalities within the community.
The CHCP supports a wide range of Health Improvement programmes for example helping people to stop smoking, improving children’s dental health and helping to maximise people’s income.
We work with people from a wide range of health and social care organisations such as housing, schools, Voluntary/Community groups and many others.
