The Community Nursing Service aims to provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality, culturally sensitive and effective nursing service to all age groups in the community.
This service includes a wide variety of professionals such as District Nurses, Health Visitors, School Nurses, Treatment Room Nurses and Specialist Nurses (such as Diabetes Specialist Nurses and Continence Specialist Nurses) who all work closely and in partnership with the service user, carers and other agencies.
